Katherine Fallano, M.D.
Dr. Fallano, a Baltimore native, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University. She received her doctorate of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, after which she completed her residency training at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She completed her glaucoma fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Her residency and fellows mentors describe her as “excellent surgically” and “extremely kind to patients.” Dr. Fallano has received several awards throughout her training and is an author of numerous publications. She has extensive training and special experience in everything from minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) to complex combinations surgeries.
Dr. Fallano is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society and the Jane Austen Society of North America. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, reading, and baking.
